Alice J. Tillger

Ms. Tillger has been licensed since 1989 and concentrates her practice in estate planning and estate administration with expertise in wills and trusts, fiduciary taxes and orphans court accountings.  Her decades of experience also include real estate transactions and business contracts.

As an accomplished public speaker, Ms. Tillger has spoken to many groups throughout the Delaware Valley about estate planning including AARP, Catholic Social Services, The Philadelphia Federation of Teachers, the United Food and Commercial Workers and many local senior groups and churches.

She has offered her talents and abilities to the community in many service projects including Habitat for Humanity where she assisted in the construction of simple housing for the poor in several locations across the U.S.  Ms. Tillger has also served on the Board of Directors for the Warminster Symphony Society, Habitat for Humanity, Forest Park and Wesley Enhanced Living Foundation which governs several area retirement communities including Heritage Towers, Maple Village and Evangelical Manor.

As part of her commitment to the seniors, Ms. Tillger’s practice also provides for home visits and traveling notary services.
